Leah Kincaid joined the RIA team as an IT Business Systems Analyst in August 2025. As a 4x certified Salesforce Developer with specialized knowledge in CRM implementation and marketing automation, Leah plays a crucial role in optimizing RIA’s client relationship management systems and supporting the firm’s marketing technology operations.
Leah graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Marketing from Texas A&M University, where she developed a strong foundation in business strategy and marketing principles. A proud native of Houston, she enjoys learning languages, traveling, visiting museums, photography, and baking in her spare time.
